Check your email for the account invitation from Starwood Academy of Frisco and click the Accept Invitation button. The email subject line is: Set up your account with Starwood Academy of Frisco. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder!

2. On the login screen, select Continue with Email from the list of options and then enter your email address.

3. You will be prompted to confirm your email by sending a confirmation code to your email address.

4. Once you have inputted the confirmation code, the final step is to set up your password.

*Your invitation was sent to the email address we have on file. If you want to create your account using a different email address, please fill out this form, and we resend the invitation to the updated email.

If your email is a Gmail address, click Continue with Google to sign in with your Google account.

Accept Google and Blackbaud's Privacy Policy by clicking Continue.

Choose the account you want to use to sign into Blackbaud. This should be the account that the email invitation was set to. 

If you have forgotten your Blackbaud ID password, you can reset it online. To keep your login secure, Starwood team members do not have access to your password and cannot assign temporary passwords. 

Follow these instructions to reset your password:

1. Navigate to the Starwood Academy of Frisco Blackbaud app at starwoodacademy.myschoolapp.com.
2. Enter your BBID (your connected email address). Select NEXT.
3. Enter your email (if it is not prefilled) then click continue.
4. Under the password box, click the "Forgot password?" link.

Gmail Users: If you created a Blackbaud ID with the "Sign in with Google" button, you will manage your password through your Google account.

Starwood Academy of Frisco's Blackbaud app (starwoodacademy.myschoolapp.com) serves as the school's primary database and "parent portal". Parents can access various school forms, enrollment contracts, schedules etc.

Blackbaud requires all users to use "Blackbaud ID" authentication, also referred to as "BBID", in order to meet enhanced security protocols. Blackbaud ID is simply a specific platform of logging into Blackbaud that uses your email address as a username. By using Blackbaud ID, your data is secured behind stronger authentication standards.

Your Blackbaud ID is the email address on file with Starwood Academy of Frisco. If you are unsure what that email address is, or if you wish to change your email address on file, please click here to fill out this form.

If you already have a Blackbaud ID issued by another school or nonprofit organization, you can use the same Blackbaud ID for your Starwood Academy of Frisco account. No one at Starwood will have access to your other accounts.

If your other Blackbaud ID is the same email address you use with Starwood, you can visit starwoodacademy.myschoolapp.com and log in using that email.

NOTE: If you are directed to your non-Starwood account, please try one or all of the following:

1. Depending on your browser, try logging in using an "Incognito Window" or "Private Window."
2. Clear your browsing data/cookies.
3. Use a different browser to log in.
